i&#039;m now at the point where some of the chn are asking if they can work during lunchtime making videos - i just provide the teacher presence -they do the scripting, videoing, d/l to computer, captioning etc ... these chn learn fast!</description>

		<description>A wiki would work well. A reward (bribe)  system is good for getting people to tune in. (e.g. when you have read this, come and whisper the secret word to me for  a chocolate fish).  We had to do that to get teachers to open a weekly email from the principal.</description>

		<description>Great idea! I think you might have to &quot;deliver&quot; the vodcast/podcast to the teachers rather than letting them access from a shared folder.  Things in shared folders at our school tend to gather digital dust.</description>
